Responsible Pest Control uses only the best products for Scorpion Pest Control available on the professional market. Most of the products we use are in the Pyrethrum Family category:
Pyrethrum is an extract taken from the African Chrysanthemum flower. Pyrethrum contains six compounds called Pyrethrins.
Pyrethrins (Which we use) are the naturally occurring compounds from African Chrysanthemum flowers. Pyrethrins work for pest control by attacking the nervous system of insects!
Pyrethrins work well killing scorpions and pests when sprayed directly, but have no residual effect. In other words, they do not continue to kill pests after they dry.
Pyrethroids (Which we also use) are a man made version of Pyrethrin esters. Pyrethroids are make to keep killing target pests over a period of time; allowing continued control of Scorpions and desert insects!
All we ask is that you keep off the areas we treat until it has had a chance to dry. Once it dries you are welcome to do anything you would normally do!
