This is a discounted Initial clean-out service {One time Clean Out service is $150 without monthly or bimonthly pest control.} for those who want Pest Control service, but do not want to go with an ongoing service contract. With this service you are also put on a regularly scheduled Scorpion or Pest Control service program, and there is no cancellation fee.
