CERTUS Acquires Termio Pest Control in Arizona
PHOENIX — CERTUS has acquired Termio Pest Control, a Tempe, Ariz.-based pest management company that services the greater Phoenix area.
Termio provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan region, including Chandler, Gilbert, Gold Canyon, Goodyear, Mesa, New River, Peoria, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe.
Patrick Kelly, senior vice president of corporate development at CERTUS, said the acquisition expands the company’s presence in Arizona.
“Termio is well known in the Phoenix area for its approach to pest control management,” Kelly said. “We’re pleased to welcome them to the Certus organization.”
Kyle Wood, president of Termio Pest Control, said the companies share a similar customer service focus.
“Joining Certus provides additional resources and opportunities for growth,” Wood said.
Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Company served as Termio’s exclusive financial advisers on the transaction.
