We offer monthly service which is best for scorpions, every other month service, and One time scorpion and pest control treatments for those who only need service 1-2 times a year.

ALL our service agreements are transferable to all areas in the Phoenix Valley if you move. ***Initial Clean Outs are discounted to $99 for customers who go with a service agreement for regular monthly or bimonthly scorpion and pest control service.***

This is a discounted Initial clean-out service {One time Clean Out service is $150 without monthly or bimonthly pest control.} for those who want Pest Control service, but DO NOT want to go with an ongoing service contract. With this service you are also put on a regularly scheduled SCORPION or Pest Control service program, and there is no cancellation fee.
